6. Intellectual property

All elements of the Red Flag Radar website and software (brand, interface, code, texts, graphics, logos), excluding content imported by users, are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. Conversations, screenshots and texts you import remain your property.

7. Contractual terms

Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of use and sale, the Privacy policy and the Cookies policy.

8. Mediation / consumer disputes

In accordance with Belgian and European consumer law, consumers may use the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service: mediationconsommateur.be. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued.

9. Applicable law

This notice and the Service are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules (including jurisdiction at the EU consumer’s domicile where applicable), the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut (Charleroi division), Belgium, shall have jurisdiction.
